(1 cup of Minced TVP is approximately 70g)
Ingredients: soy protein
Textured Vegetable Protein, TVP, is an excellent alternative to meat and a vegan source of complete protein. It must be rehydrated, then can be substituted for ground meat in most recipes. Rehydrated TVP can be kept in the fridge for 5 days.
To rehydrate: combine 1 part TVP to 1 part boiling water, broth or other liquid. Let sit around 5 minutes. Slightly more or less liquid can be used depending on the desired texture for the end product.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must have a receipt.
