Organic French Lentils, also known as De Puy lentils, are dried, whole legumes that are incredibly versatile and delicious! Cook in a pot of boiling, salted water for approximately 30 minutes (tender with a slight bite), or until desired texture. French lentils are earthy and nutty in flavor, while tender in texture. Cooked French lentils can be used as an alternative to meat in recipes; they can also be used as an addition to salads and soups.
