We charge on a sliding scale of $50+/hour based on the number of our staff are required at your event. If your event involves online or at-the-door ticket sales, you can also choose to give 15% of ticket sales to The Tare Shop as an alternative to the hourly rate.

This location has one main entrance on Portland Street that is flush with the street level. There is an automatic door that opens outward toward the street and has two buttons to open it – one at 40 inches off the ground and one at 4 inches off the ground.

Food: We sell a variety of ready-to-eat food products in-store

Catering: You are able to bring in your own caterers if you’d like, you’d be responsible for bringing your own flatware etc, and all the clean up related to the food.

Drinks: Our shop has a wide selection of natural wines in bottles, local beer, local cider, and local wine refreshers. If you have a specific selection of drinks that you would like to see at your event, we can make custom bulk beverage orders upon request.

Events booked outside of our store hours are preferred, events booked during store hours will be for a higher price depending on day of the week and time

You are responsible for your own marketing and advertising, we will share posts you tag us in on social media, and for extra fees can include them on our Instagram feed, TikTok, and newsletter. Contact us for the fee breakdown.
